Penang League 2008

Penang League is finally here!This year,Ztec 8cers will be sending one team for this league.We are playing in Division Two this year as we only have one national cap.The other teams that will be joining us at Division Two is Dalat Eagles,Frontliners Trojans and Contact Bullets.All of our games will be played on every Tuesday at Dalat International School Gymnasium starting from 4th March 2008 at 7.00pm.Here are the list of players playing for the league:

Ztec 8cers training

This week's Saturday(23rd February 2008) has been cancelled due to last minute event happening at the Red Crescent Headquarters.Training at Kompleks Belia on Sunday is as usual and all members are required to attend this training.For all the league players,it is compulsary to attend this training as our league is just 2 weeks away.Hope to see everybody at training.Happy floorballing!=)

Saturday(16th February 2008) Training Cancelled

Our training on this Saturday has been cancelled due to a wedding at the Red Crescent Headquarters.There will be a training at Kompleks Belia this Sunday(17th February 2008) from 8pm to 10pm.This training is compulsary for all the players that are playing for the Penang League.Those who are not playing for the league are welcomed to come on Sunday's training as well.Please be there at 7.30pm to prepare ourselves for training.Hope to see everybody there!=)

Ztec 8cers Jersey

The jersey for our club that was shown in the blog previously has been cancelled and there will be a new jersey soon.The suppliers were out of stock and we will design a new jersey and get it from another supplier.Will upload it on the blog when it is done.

Another reminder to every members that the training on Saturday resumes starting this Saturday(16th February 2008) and every members are required to attend this training.It will be at the Red Crescent Headquarters from 12pm to 2pm.Please be there at 11.30am to prepare ourselves for training.Hope to see everybody there!Have a blessed week ahead.=)

The Rising Of Ztec 8cers

3rd February 2008.It was certainly a day to remember.Training was as usual but the attendance was just massive.27 of our members turned up in this training and the atmosphere just changes.There is so much noise compared to the normal training and it was good to have everyone there.Most of our members are playing for the first time and I'm sure they had fun playing it.We even have our new keeper,Leonard to attend this training and try out being a goalkeeper for the first time.It wasn't easy at first but he managed to get used to it after a while.I'm sure he will be fine after few times of training.We will also have our more experienced goalkeeper,Yung Ming to train him up in the next training.

This training was an intensive training to prepare ourselves for the upcoming Penang League and it was tougher compared to the normal trainings we had on Saturday.This time we had our training at Kompleks Belia and the court was much more bigger compared to the court in Red Crescent Headquarters.Everybody looked exhausted especially the newcomers.We also have most of our girls players attending this training.They did a good job as well and did not gave up during the training.We were also happy to finally have one of our players,Ter Min to come to this training.He was back for the Chinese New Year break from National Service and he had planned most of the drills for us.All the drills were more tougher as he had experienced having to train in National Service.Make us proud and serve the country well!

Just another reminder to those who are playing for the Penang League please come to training this Sunday(10th February 2008) at Kompleks Belia from 8pm to 10pm.Please come earlier to warm up and prepare yourselves for training.Happy Chinese New Year to all fellow Ztec-ers and to all those floorballers out there!Have a prosperous year ahead.=)
