Contact Bullets 8 - 0 Firebrands
Bullets pulled a great great show on Tuesday (20th Jan) against a new and brave Firebrands. It was the 2nd year in the league for the bullets and they played very well against the Firebrands.
Goals from Issac, Sheryn and team in the first period secured a vital victory for the team. Firebrands defended bravely in the first 4 minutes until Bullets manage to score. From then on, the floodgates open. Bullets were being fired at all angles keeping Firebrands goalie Bryan busy. A couple of good saves were made but the armor ran out and by halftime, 6 bullets hit the back of the net. It was 6-0 and quite over for Firebrands.
In the 2nd period, bullets went all out again but tried to play a more tactical game, moving the ball around looking for the perfect goal. Messy defending and a lot of pass into the middle by Firebrands proved costly as Bullets manage to grab 2 more goals ending the game at 8-0.
Bullets next match will be against Frontliners 300 on 7th Feb (10am) while Firebrands prepare to face Ztec Griffins on 10th Feb (7pm).
